The Legacy cigar blend (previously known as Uncle Nearest SE) was created to give recognition, and to celebrate the best whiskey maker the world never knew. Nathan "Nearest" Green, known by those in his hometown of Lynchburg, Tenn., as Uncle Nearest, was the first African-American master distiller on record in the United States. Green perfected a technique that became known as the Lincoln County Process – a process that defines Tennessee whiskey and makes it unlike any other distilled spirit in the world.
The Legacy blend infuses Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, with some of the finest tobaccos grown in the Dominican Republic and wrapping them inside a Nicaraguan maduro wrapper. These ingredients are perfectly combined in a medium to full-bodied cigar blend with great character and smoothness.
This cigar was created independently of Uncle Nearest Inc., and is not part of a partnership or sponsorship with Uncle Nearest Inc.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship orders. All order are shipped using priority mail.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of processing, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of processing. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

***An adult MUST sign for every delivery. The person signing for the delivery must show valid government-issued identification that contains a photograph of the person signing for the delivery and indicates that the person signing for the delivery is of legal age to purchase tobacco products and resides at the delivery address.
Packaging
All of our cigars are individually packaged in a cellophane wrapper, and bundled inside of a resealable zipper bag. You will have an option to upgrade your packaging to FDA approved glass tubes inside a branded cardboard box . You may want to upgrade your packaging if you do not have a humidor. This option is also great for traveling. The glass tubes will provide extra protection and preservation for each cigar.
